OneLink USA is joining Zentro, bringing together two teams committed to delivering reliable, high-performance internet and great customer care. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition with minimal impact to you.
Important Billing and Account Changes
New billing account
Your billing will begin reflecting the Zentro brand as early as April 1st. You’ll receive a new account number and access to a new billing portal.
This will be your new account portal link for your bookmarks: https://myportal.zentrointernet.com/
Same login, fresh start
You’ll continue using your existing portal login credentials, but previous billing history will not appear in the new system.

Autopay stays active
If you’re enrolled in autopay, it will remain in effect, and your credit card information does not need to be entered again.
Invoice update
Going forward, invoices will no longer include a QR code that links directly to the billing portal. Please use the portal link.
Same service and trusted support
There are no changes to your internet service. You’ll continue working with the same trusted support team and contacts, using the same phone number you already know.
Focus on a smooth transition
While your service will remain the same, we’ll also be reviewing each network for opportunities to enhance performance and add new capabilities.
